Make sure your dog is camera ready!

• Come to your session with a freshly bathed, trimmed, and groomed doggie.

• Make sure their eyes and mugs are clean.

• Feel free to bring hair accessories, bowties or clothing for the most adorable images.
  

Bring anything that will help your fur-kid to behave well.

• A leash for coming and going.

• Favorite treats.

• Favorite toy or stuffed animal - these are great to show their personality too.
  

Your session will take place at our home studio:

1845 19th Ave Rice Lake, WI

• Please show up for your session 5 minutes early and stay in your car.

• Someone will come to greet you.

• You will be asked to sign a Model Release Agreement to participate in the photo contest.

• Your dog will have a chance to go to the bathroom before their session.

• We want to ensure all dogs can come and go in peace, please bring a leash!
  

What if we are unable to make our scheduled session time?

• That would be a bummer and we would miss getting to meet you and photograph your favored family member. Your session fee is non-refundable. The good news is, 75 dollars will be donated to LRBDR either way.

How many images will you take?

• As many as we can in 15 minutes. The images you will get to choose from will be the best of what we took.

• We will get images of your little buddy as they are whether they are attentive and engaged, playful, distracted, tongue out, playful, alert, whatever we are presented with.

• We will work for a couple of images where they are alert and engaged with us.

I added a human (or two) to my Pawtrait Session, how will that work?

• Good question. We will include you or whatever little humans you added to the session in a few quick poses with your favorite furry family member.

• These will make the BEST Christmas gifts for your family members. ;)

I added a dawg (or two) to my Pawtrait Session, how will that work?

• LOL. It will probably be a challenge! We will try to get all the puppy eyes going in the same direction but either way, they’ll be cute.

• We will photograph all the dawgs together and if that goes well and we have some time left, we will photograph them each separately.

How/When will I get to see the images?

• Your images will be available in an online gallery in about a week.

• You will get an email and a text with the link to the gallery when they are ready.

• You will have 48 hours to choose your favorite image for the photo contest. We will choose our favorite if we don’t hear from you within the time frame.

• You will also receive a coupon code in the email/text that will give you $25 to spend on prints or digitals.

How does the $25 credit work?

• After you put items in your cart, you will use the coupon code you were given in the email/text when you check out and $25 will come off your balance. Nice!

• For 25 dollars, you can get a 5x7 Print and shipping to your home. BUT, you are probably going to want a mug for your morning coffee and a metal print for your desk in your office too….

• YES! Your Pawtraits will make really fun Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers for you and your loved ones.

I pre-ordered a 2024 PAWtrait Calendar, how will I get that?

• Thank you! This also raises money for LRBDR.

• We will notify you when the calendars are ready and you can stop in at Second Chance Resale at the Cedar Mall to pick it up!

• If you didn’t pre-order a calendar or you want more of them to share with others, you will be able to purchase them at Second Chance Resale.
