Team Headshot Pricing

Team headshot sessions can take place in our portrait studio or on-location at your office.

Group sessions are billed per-person with the price going down in tiers:

4-9 people at 125, employees 10-19 billed at $100 each, members 20-30 at 80 each, and so on.

For teams on-location there is a $200 location fee.

4-9 team members 125/person

Schedule 1 hour photographing time. Retouched images will be cropped, color corrected and emailed in high resolution.

10-19 team members 100/person

Schedule 2 hour timeslot to have everyone photographed. Retouched images delivered cropped, color corrected and high resolution.

20-30 team members 80/person

Schedule 3 hours timeslot of photography. Retouched images delivered cropped, color corrected and high resolution.

Team & Staff Headshots Include

  • Quick and painless individual session for each member

FAQ

Will you take a team photo in addition to the headshots?

Yes! No matter what size team or staff you have, we can photograph the whole team together or broken up into groups by departments. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of the individual departments or teams, we have you covered. We include one traditional group photo with any team shoot at no additional cost. Additional groupings are billed at the same price as an additional individual (see prices above).

Do you do group compositing?

Yes! Sometimes a composited group is better for teams that work remotely or change more frequently. This entails a bit more planning and organization on our part but we do this all the time. Composited groups of up to 15 individuals are 150. Individuals will be lightly retouched. The group images can include a logo, year, or title if desired.

Can we get prints for our office?

Absolutely! We most often deliver prints framed and ready to install. Employers can also gift a print to each team member as a gesture of appreciation. Ask for a quote.

Can you work with our branding?

We can! Most clients elect for a simple white or grey background (clean, contemporary look), but we can offer a range of solid colors or even a custom digital background that is tailored to your business.

What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day?

Some teams are made up of remote workers, others just work in industries that keep the team in and out of the office at random times. For companies facing this challenge, we offer easy solutions. Often we need to schedule an individual on a different date. They connect with us directly and we work them into our schedule at a time that is convenient for them. Whatever the situation is, we make it seamless so that everyone gets a great-looking headshot that’s consistent.
